Back in the day, concerts were my drug of choice. I haven’t been to one in years and I need to fix that ASAP.
If there’s one day where soccer (football) fans unite, it’s today. May 4, 1949 a plane carrying the entire Torino team, coaching staff and a few journalists crashed into the retaining wall behind the Basilica di Superga. This church sits on a hill over looking the valley. (I wrote a quick post on the blog.) Every year fans head up to the church to pay their respects and the city lights up the Mole Antonelliana in the teams colors.
