Behind the Gram: Fried pizza & veggies

I’m trying really hard to get Miss E and Baby C to eat their veggies. Just like most babies, they ate really well until they realized they could say NO. All of my girls were really good eaters until about  14-18 months. That’s whey they all started to refuse most of the veggies. I make it a goal to make at least 2 veggies on the nights we have meat. One of their favorite videos is of different fruits and veggies so it’s funny when we pretend to eat them via TV yet they flat out say no when I actually prepare them. I heard somewhere that it can take up to 20 times for kids to get used to the taste/flavor of foods so I guess I’ll just keep on trying!
