Part 1 was 2 years ago, when I posted a video from my all time favorite TV shows. Today, I wanted to share another one. I used to watch this show when I was younger and I don’t think I ever missed an episode. Even now, if I happen to catch it on TV, I will stop and watch it like it was the first time.
This was one of the few shows my mom actually didn’t mind us watching because it was a family show. Sadly, the link has been disabled so, I can’t embed it here but you can watch it on YouTube.

Baby #2 is on the way!! We’re really excited that Valentina is going to be a big sister. I actually found out during our 5 weeks away. I took at least 4 tests to confirm it because each one was showing me 2 very faint lines. Finally in Minnesota, I took a digital and here’s the result. I called Carlo to confirm what we had already thought was true. Since I wasn’t able to see my doctor right away to confirm with blood work, we decided to wait until our first sonogram.
The day I came back home to Italy, I was already at 11 weeks + 1 day. My doctor had already gone on vacation and I made 3 trips to see the on-call doctor. By the time we had my sonogram I was at 12 weeks +3 days. Time is starting to fly by quickly and I have yet had a chance to scan the sono pics.
Tomorrow, I’ll be at 14 weeks and I already went into the basement and dug out my maternity clothes. My mom had already bought me some maternity pants and a few tops and I have been wearing them constantly. Now that I have my old maternity clothes… I feel so much better!
So.. stay tuned for pictures and more stories of another birth in Italy. We’re hoping that thisonecan be a water birth… so we’ll definitely be posting about our struggle to find a hospital that does that!

WOW! You are seriously only like two weeks behind me. I love finding out that late. First trimester: Check! How fun… I will be checking your blog often to compare our experiences. I hope you are feeling great and every goes well. I LOVE having my two kids so close. They are the best buds. It'll be great!
Ps, thanks for the name advice. I wasn't crazy about any of them. So thanks for helping me put some of them out of my mind as “ridiculous” haha.
